A Viking.

At least, I think she's a viking. Anyways. This is an image I did for a commission. It was pretty fun, I think I would like to do more! I would really like to add some bloody spots and a cut or two, but that's not what was asked of me.
Below are some progress shots!
Here is the sketch!

A Valkyrie! Awesome!
If you aren't just the best artist ever, I'll eat my hat! :B

Fantastic! I really love how you did the feathers and the hair. How many layers is this one?

Thank you! Oh man, how many layers... I think it was something embarrassingly ridiculous like at least 130. My poor computer almost died once, but it pulled trough. I should have flattened my layers more often, oh well.

Whoah. Turns out I'm not as layer-crazy as I thought!
I had a go at doing a Samurai Jack style thing too, and it had roughly ten million layers.

Hmmm, I recognize that costume. That was such a great class. That's so awesome that you were able to do a female viking commission!

With shapes so simple and full of character, your style is beautiful!
