This is just an entry level Maya class, we're not going to learn anything too advanced. Where are you going for modeling and animation? I hear that BYU in Provo has a great animation program.
I have a class in which we learn Maya. It's not very complex and it still has some problems, but I think I did ok for a nooooobie.

More specifically, what's the class called so I can look it up in the course catalog.
I plan on coming back to Canada, probably east coast for the 3D stuff. So excited to take visual arts in Jaunary though!
