Well, some of you may recognize this. I am revamping it for a class, but I am having a hard time with it. The text doesn't fit and my city is giving me a heck of a hard time. Any suggestions?
The contrast definitely takes your eye to the city, but maybe there's too much contrast. It's looking really cool. The villages, the cave, the compass. Good luck with the city.
I think it is looking good, I agree with Shara, about the contrast being an eye catcher, i think if you work a bit more contrast in other areas as well, it wont feel so isolated. On the whole, I love the stylization and use of cartography :) Keep up the great work!
